Operations
From urban development to continued Permian Basin activity
Four Sevens has extensive experience in leasehold acquisition, drilling and completing wells, and pipeline construction in urban environments. During the years 2000 through 2008, Four Sevens leased over 70,000 acres in Tarrant and Johnson Counties in and around Fort Worth.
Over that period, Four Sevens drilled and completed more than 70 wells and constructed more than 50 miles of pipeline. After development, these properties were sold in excess of $1.2 billion.

Continued Midland Basin activity with room to grow
Since 2016, Four Sevens Operating Co., Ltd. has been active in the Midland Basin as a non-operating working interest partner inside the city limits of Big Spring, Texas.
Four Sevens has acquired in excess of 4,000 leases covering 5,000 gross acres. Four Sevens and its partner have drilled 20 horizontal wells under the town of Big Spring with plans to drill 25 more.
